Friday Night Waltz in Alameda
Fast and slow, romantic and silly waltzes and polkas. Also several
tangos, swing, chacha, and one step. 100 to 150 people show up. dress
comfortable. non alcohol event, all ages welcome. Alameda Veterans Hall
2203 Central, corner of Waltnut, two blocks from Park. Beginning waltz
class by Tom Hill. Intermediate waltz class by Persephone. DJ must by
John Bauer. Class from 7 to 8 pm. DJ waltz music from 8 to 11 pm. $11
for dance and class, $7 for dance only.
